Customer Satisfaction and Plussa

Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have always been under Anttila´s primary consideration. As a part of the Kesko Group, Anttila is involved in the Plussa customer system. Plussa is the leading customer loyalty program in the Finnish trading sector. There are already 3.6 million cardholders (70 % of Finnish households) in the program. Plussa cardholders account for more than 80 % of Anttila's total net sales in the past few years.

Regular customers have a personal Plussa Card. With it, they can gather cumulative Plussa points, entitling them to vouchers worth money usable in all Kesko Group Stores. The Plussa Card also entitles regular customers to special offers.
